I created DEAD SILENT which is at the moment, nothing. The little face was inspired by the book Del-Del by Victor Kelleher, (if you haven't read it, you should). Well not to give too much away, a little boy gets possesed by a demon called Del-Del and draws a face on his wall, first with a marker, then again with blood. The DEAD SILENT face was how I depicted Del-Del's image. When I got mad I let my "Del-Del" take over and I began to draw pictures. Every single face in every single picture has the same crossed eyes, sewn lips and 5 hairs. I figured that the crosses on his eyes meant he was dead, and having his lips sewn up meant he was silent and couldn't tell anyone what was happening to him, so I called these pictures my DEAD SILENT collection. Somehow I spontaneously decided I was going to do something with this and decided to turn DS from just a set of pics into a full blown skate brand like Volcom. I will be starting with just T-Shirts, but then get into hats, wrist bands, wallets, jeans, jumpers, last but most importantly DECKS! I'm recruiting people to advertise my gear, like a street team. You will get free t-shirts or whateva and in return are expected to get you mates to buy one.
